This reminds me so much of the Hmong history tapestries that are so detailed. You find them all over Wisconsin as they were often the first source of income for Hmong families who were new to the U.S. A doctor of mine years ago had a huge purple one that told the story of one family’s journey and arrival in Wisconsin. It was neat.
